I am a very proud Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person. My father is from Darnley Island in the Torres Straits and my mother is from the Daly River in the Northern Territory.
My employment background has been with the Department of Social Security, which is now known as Centrelink and I have been with this Government Department for over 14 years.
I am committed to study and have a Degree in Adult Education; an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Indigenous Community Development & Project Management); Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessor and National Centrelink Scholarship Graduate.
Motivation is an important key in Community Development, so I encourage all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons to come and join our institution, so that you may succeed in your endeavours and be a positive example for your family and community.
